Many ideas were put forth about how
to best use the city property on The Hollering Place. Two concepts
have been drafted to give citizens a feel for the potential of the
project.
The water on the left in the drawing below is the Coos Bay
channel. The right hand section of the drawings is a viewing area
some 40 feet above the retail buildings. The red areas
are suggested retail shops and fishery.
